Client Brief - To design and build a luxury residence which although initially would be their first residence it was primarily for sale as an investment. The villa needed to meet all the client requirements which would allow the owners to continue their lifestyle and business entertaining.
A cine room, double garage, 4 bedrooms, modern open plan lounge and dining area, with luxury fitted kitchen. The final finishing’s superbly brought together working hand in hand with the interior designer.
Due to the cost control procedures implemented throughout the project the works were completed to the revised budget and the final account was agreed between the builder and the client without any problems.

Client Brief - To provide a family holiday home which would also be used for entertaining? A traditional Andalucian feel with this property with slate stone internal flooring, antique look double front entrance door.
The final finishing’s created by working hand in hand with the interior designer the clients personal preferences have been subtly added, incorporates a home cine room, open plan lounge diner area, cine room and four large bedrooms and stunning stairwell, and swimming pool.

Client Brief - To provide a permanent residence with ample basement space for further fit out if required.
The Challenge was to design and build a villa which would be sat on a difficult steep plot inclination, whilst maintain the stunning views.
A varied number of different types of retaining walls, carefully selecting the villa height and the villa location and orientation enabled valuable cost savings and maintained the retaining walls requirements to a minimum.

Client Brief - To provide a luxury villa of traditional Andalucían build externally with a modern interior look. The concept design needed to follow the construction typology of the area and villa must be suitable for as a permanent famly residence.
Other requirements included minimum 3 bedrooms, guest room, separate office area, and infinity swimming pool. The U-shaped volume of the villa comes as a result of optimizing the best orientation in terms of light and views for every room and allowing space for an inner courtyard.
The architects had to work within a previously fixed budget.

Client Brief - To provide a family holiday home, maximising the valley views. Working to a fixed budget this four bedroom luxury villa, has swimming pool, jaccuzi, cine & games room.
The challenge for the architects was to create the sufficient area from the steeply sloping hillside by using a mixture of rock and earth retaining walls to provide best cost value and maintain the original budget figure. By raising the height of the villa we were able to create an adequate platform and maintain the valley views.

Client Brief - To provide a small permanent retirement residence for the owners.
A maximum fixed budget meant that a series of value management exercises had to be carried out in order to maintain the budget.
By reducing the height of retaining walls, by looking at alternative materials, changing the retaining wall material we were able to complete the villa to the clients budget.
A 3 bedroom family villa, of Andalucian design including double garage, swimming pool, stunning views, open plan kitchen & dining area, and family holiday home, with stunning valley views.
